Tulip Residence & Spa Hotel

I am very happy with the hotel. My room that I booked was in the basement, but upon arrival I was given a great spacious room on the first floor. The room had everything you need, a comfortable bed, a functional shower. They also have a good restaurant outside, a varied menu and delicious food. Thank you for the service.

The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and kind- from the ladies at the reception to the lovely, helpful restaurant employee who manages the breakfasts. The hotel is new and there is a lovely spa in the premises. The rooms are large and the decor is nice. The AC is very good and overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The taxi apps were difficult to download as I don't have a Moldovan number but the reception helped in ordering taxis through the app so I didn't pay extortionate fees. Use the apps; far cheaper than the taxis from the street (not a nice experience). At the hotel, they also allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room! Wonderful! The food at the hotel is lovely. Be sure to try breakfast, lunch or dinner The hotel gives welcome wine which is a nice touch.

We arrived very late, the staff from reception were very kind and guided us to the room, we thought the restaurant was already closing but they told us they can keep it a little more open for us to eat. In the room we had free waters and red wine. They upgraded our standard room to a bigger room without paying anything extra, which we appreciated.

It was amazing experience, the crew are something so specious, they are assisting you with everything what you going to ask . A bottle of wine already is waiting for you in your room ( a some pleasant present ) for free. Wasn’t a place for my car on parking , girls found a place !great job , well done . Restaurant is the same story they are the best , Massage in the same direction .for sure I will come for it again ( relax massage 👌) I have had a filling like I’ve been at home ( Ukraine 🇺🇦) All our family were happy to spend our time in this place It is amazing team . Great hotel, welcoming and helpful staff at the reception. Spacious and clean room, very good quality bed. The hotel itself feels very pleasant and peaceful. It is a bit further from the centre, but that is perhaps a decent advantage.
